Is there a free trial?
14 days with all features unlocked. A card is required at sign-up to prevent fake accounts, but we only charge on day 15 — you can cancel before that from the panel without paying anything.
Does it fit my type of operation?
Tracco was built for teams that work on the road: collection, installation, meter reading, maintenance, door-to-door delivery, inspection. If your technician spends the day visiting addresses, it fits.
How does per-technician pricing work?
At the start of every billing cycle we count your company's active technicians and charge only for them. A technician who leaves stops counting on the next cycle.
Does the technician need a data plan?
Yes. The app is lightweight, but it needs a network connection to sync collections and location. Works well on 3G/4G.
What happens when signal drops?
Partial operation: navigation and collection capture keep working offline; as soon as signal returns, everything syncs (photos, check-ins, status).
Can I migrate from another system?
Yes. CSV import for stops, clients and technicians. Support helps with the first load.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the panel. Your data stays accessible for 30 days for export. After that, it's removed per Brazilian data protection law (LGPD).
